Artwork > Passages

In this series of prints, collages, and installations, "Passage" refers to both a segment of text, and a journey or voyage. Using historical letters of immigrants from the 1880's and contemporary photographs of their former homelands as a spring board, the work creates a bridge from the present to the past, examining familial associations and connections through multiple mediums.
